In the secondary caption, someone within your organization called being transgender a "lifestyle" — but it is not a choice or a style, it is who you are.

Furthermore, if your reporter, Laura Misjak, would like to detail and follow the life of a person with transgender identity, then Misjak needs to explain the nomenclature, i.e. binding, what is hormone therapy — something she solely referred to in a throwaway comment when she mentioned that Caiden injects himself with testosterone — and even the proper definition of "transgender."
