Well, people on the chat know this... dont think Ive posted it in the forum yet....

I did suceed in getting my old (good) job back.... with a 1.25/hr pay raise while I was at it.
I start tomarrow.....

Im extreemly nervous cuz last time I worked here I was doing it for two reasons, one I needed something to do, and 2 I liked helping my at the time fience out. Very little bothered me till I went off the hrt because I really didnt need the job...  This time around I NEED the job... it is a high stress enviroment... and it will make the diffrence between starting to rebuild, or absolute ruin.

Should things go well, this will allow me to continue my Transition.  (planing on going full time mid october allready checked with the hr staff and management on what would have to be done <follow the dresscode is about it really>).  And I'll be able to get an appartment of my own and get out of this hell hole knows as my parrents house.  I swear that another 3 weeks here let alone another 3 months will cause me to start going bald AGAIN.  and Im alergic to cats LoL my mom has like 30 of them.

Anyways I restart training tomarrow, going from 3:00pm - 11:00pm for the next 5 weeks.... then to a "normal" schedual  LoL

That is such good news Lynn.  Hopefully your training will be fairly painless and uneventful.  I know all about dress codes.  Our company has a very strict one and I've been called into the office a couple of times because my tattoos were showing.  Sucks to be me, but this isn't about me it's about you Lynn :)  Good luck with this and i hope everything gets back to normal for you soon.

LoL, Training will be long and boring..... Painless??? depends on weather I get my old trainer again... she was very upset with me when I left cuz I scared off some of her new trains when they ended up under me for the transition team... (Its where the new trains go when there done with training to learn the real pace of the job) Anyways even if I end up with her it should be a breeze to make it through, so long as I dont end up bored to death with all the rehashing.  :)

I seriously dobut things will ever get back to where normal used to be.  But hopefuly I find a new personal standard of normal thats liveable  LoL

Hi Lynn,

What type of work are you training for?
I hope this does not affect your band with the with new work hours you will need to keep.

Customer service for one of the major national cel companies.... the training schedual is going to interfear with the band schedual.  At first they were upset, but the afternoon training is allot better all around for us than the morning one would be... 5am-1pm no thankyou.... and it would have ment starting 3 weeks later... again no thankyou.

After I hit the floor again, my normal schedual is absolutly perfect, early enough not to mess with night life, and late enough not to mess with night life.  11:00am-7:30pm... just wish it didnt take allmost an hour to get there from here LoL.

After I get a new appartment the drive wont be an issue anymore.

Its a job I allready proved I was good at,  got promoted faster than anyone else in the buillding... and other than having to retrain I didnt even loose my tenure (because I resigned with full 2 weeks notice instead of walking out)  Dont burn bridges unless your sure you'll never have to cross them again.
