Throw a rock in this town and you'll hit a burlesque troupe. Even if you miss, you're likely to hit a belly dancer or a fire spinner. In fact, if you're a regular at the Atomic Cowboy or Rue 13, you may actually be suffering from "burlesque fatigue." Why then would you go out of your way to see BenchPress Burlesque on July 25th? Well, you may know what Gravity Plays Favorites can do with a pole or what the ladies of the Alley Cat Review can do with silks, but if you've never seen BenchPress Burlesque, you're probably blissfully ignorant of the erotic possibilities of a ten-speed bicycle.
