Lately I've found that my shoulders are really broad :(. Which really sucks, since I could actually pass if my shoulders weren't that broad. What can I do... try to reduce fat, muscle, what?

Unless your very overweight
shoulders are mostly muscle,
only a lower protein diet, coupled with
high intensity low resistance cardio
can help losing that muscle mass.

You do muscle building exercise only for the lower
body so you don't lose mass in your lower body.

OMG, you do NOT know how RELIEVED I am. But what's a "high intensity low resistance cardio"? You mean by running? Because every week at school, everyone has to run 2 laps... So if I cut down on the meat/eggs (which I eat a LOT), it would help?

Running only 2 laps is not enough exercise to accomplish what you want to do.
It takes a program that you will do at least 3 times a week.  Otherwise it won't really do anything to help you reshape.
You sound young!  If you are still in PE....  I think you have to be careful here.  You can lower your protien too low, that will cause you to have other health problems while you are finishing your growing cycle.  As a Genetic male you will continue to grow and mature physically until the age of 23. (Genetic females mature at age 19)
Modifying your diet to lower, but not eliminate meat and eggs will help limit your muscle mass, eating things with more soy in them will help also, it will provide the protien necessary but some research says it doesn't add the bulky muscles.  Who knows??  Might be worth a try.
IF!  And that is a BIG IF, you decide to go vegetarian, BE CAREFUL and look up how to do it CORRECTLY at various vegetarian sites.  I think beling an 'Ovo-lacto-vegetarian' during your growing years is the healthiest way of doing it, since it is easier to get the Folic Acid and B-12 your body is still needing. Ovo=eggs, Lacto=milk
Running is good cardio and low upper body workout.
Low weight, LOTS of reps if you decide to use weights.  Bicycling 5-7 miles a day at 10 MPH will work too.

I know, I know this is an old topic, but I don't get to come on here very much.

Sorry, I meant 2 miles. I just had PE replaced with Sports Medicine (maybe not such a good idea). Do you have any discrete ideas? My parents (yes, I'm a teenager) know I really hate pyhiscal activity (it's worth is this time)
