Hello peoples.....thought I would just share a couple of pics.  This is me teaching my middle grandson my super-duper, super-secret, home-made pizza recipe.  It's a specially seasoned yeast dough, and he really enjoyed kneading, and punching.  Of course, he also did all the measuring, mixing, etc.  He made the dough, and the sauce .....two sixteen inch pizzas for the family *big smile*.
Otherwise, he ate more than usual, and decided after watching me that he needs to save his money for a few rings like Nanna's, so he can take them off like her, before mixing dough.  He chose the rainbow stripe apron, while I had the lavender butterfly and violets apron.

......And his finished product, minus a few hot slices.

He loved learning all the smells and tastes of the ingredients.  He was fascinated with the fennel, basil, and wheat germ, and was power mad with the KitchenAid

Bravo, Christopher!
