Spanish-language commercial shows an encounter between an older man
and a transgender woman. Through the dialogue the man asks if the bank
asked for her national ID, which says she is man, when applying for a
loan to open her hair salon, then apologizes for not knowing how to
treat her for all these years. The closing tagline reads, "Your life
changes when there's a bank that dares to change."*
