With some exceptions, natal males have lots of testosterone and a smaller amount of estrogen flowing through their brain and body. Most of them feel this is exactly as it should be. They thrive on it. Same for almost all natal females (during reproductive years). They are bathed in their cycle of estrogen and progesterone, and most of them feel that is as it should be. If you altered the hormone balance for most males and females, they would feel that something was wrong.
