I'll start it off. I am trying this tonight.

Beer Float.

Ice Cream and Guinness Stoat. Will it fly? We'll see!

What other weird stuff ya got? I know some people have to have some ideas which include fire... Carmel is YUM. Anyone?

With Ice cream and a little Brandy on fire it will be a hell of a lot better.

Xen, that guiness stout and ice cream made my head hurt.

and it still tasted like guiness stout.  and guiness stout tastes like an overdose of beer.  and beer tastes aweful.

Its cause you didn't mix it right. My LAWD it was the sex! Added Coffee and Vanilla Swirl to it to dillute the beer taste. Amazing.

I usually have a spiked root beer float. Basically a regular float with a shot of bourbon or whiskey.

I'm a fan of regular guinness so I dunno how I'd like the float. But I should try it sometime.

There's also a drink called Black Velvet. It's half guinness, half champagne.

1 Guinness Stoat
3 Scoops of Vanilla Swirl (I think Breyers)

4 Scoops or so of Breyers Coffee (Double churned or whatever?)

Mixed like hell in a giant mug/glass


It all has to be really cold too. The ice cream should outdo the beer and it will compliment itself. Its a weird one, and I'd probably only have it when I'm in the mood for it specifically, but I really enjoyed it.

Mmmmm my favorite (semi) weird drink is Jungle Juice...which is pretty much just a combination of all the alcohol in the particular area dumped into a giant bowl, but with gummy sharks swimming around inside. Vladamir Vodka (or an equally cheap, rubbing alcohol like vodka) is a needed ingredient.
