I have that cock from mango and it's way too big IMO to pack with.  The material feels realistic, but!  Cyberskin is porous and hard to clean, so condoms are a must.  Silicone is better in that regard.  I've heard some guys say that they actually play with the Mr. Right packy, though it's not designed for that purpose.
