Hello Lynn.

Why not head over to introductions here and post an intro there so we know you a little better.  In the mean time "estinyl" is ethinyl estradiol and is available in pill form in .25 mg dosages from several pharmacies.  I had no problem finding the in formation when I typed "estinyl" into Google.
