Female convicts asked to provide sex to 'elite' prisoners

Social science research specialist Frances Camilleri-Cassar from SOS (Malta) gave a presentation on the findings of focus groups that were aimed at giving a voice to people excluded from society.
She put forward a number of concerns and suggestions made by lesbians, gay, bisexual and transgender/transsexual (LGBT) people, ex-convicts, homeless people, single mothers, widows and widowers, and third-country nationals.
