back on topic.
Bra size: 32B

Binder model: T-Kingdom model 801
Picture of the binder [if possible]:

Location bought: Interwebs
Price: somewhere around 40. was a b-day present (had to be converted from Taiwanese money).
Advantages: Tight compression, comfy
Disadvantages: is very tight and can make it hard to breathe

Patroklos

Bra size: 34C
Binder size: Small
Binder model: Underworks Double Front Compression Shirt
Location bought: Underworks website.
Price: $30.00
Advantages: Binds moderately well, is invisible under clothing.
Disadvantages: Difficult to put on and take off, rolls up around the hips painfully, stretches and becomes less effective over time.

Posted my pics back in my first post <

If it makes you feel better Elwood my arms are just as tiny :D I always thought I was alone in that.

Some guy at the DMV told me I looked like a 13 year old today....At first I thought whatever but then I realized it was probably a comment on my boobs. What, do I look like a girl with pre-pubescent boobs?! That's not the look I was going for. Muscular guy man! But I guess since I don't pass that's not what I'm going to look like...

Hmm seems like a lot of people aren't happy with how Underworks' binders wear out really fast. I really haven't got the money or resources to keep buying new ones, would rather just spend more up front. Anybody know how long the T-Kingdom's last?

I have no idea my bra size as I wore sports bras that came in small/med/large before switching to binders. ::)

Underworks tri-top - have it but can't wear it because I can't get it on (too small).  I think it's a medium.  But then I'm not thin and I can see how it would roll up and be like a sports bra.  Ick.

I have the compression shirts from underworks that are double layer.  I like them and they compress well.  I usually wear them inside out so the cotton is next to my skin, because I wear a tee shirt over it.  I also have a compression muscle shirt I like.

I got several binders on e-bay - gynecomastia shirts, which are similar to underworks but are single layer.  I got a couple of those for summer.

I'll be having a binder give-away party in January, though!!

Bra size: 12-14 C (erm, that's NZ sizes so its about a medium, I don't know what sizing I'd be in inches)
Binder size: Large (but only when compared to the asian sizes) XD
Binder model: 1700
Location bought: t-kingdom dot com
Price: $80 NZD, or $40 Euro
Advantages: Binds really well, was comfy, I could actually breathe and often forgot I was wearing it!
Disadvantages: Rolled up over the hips if I didn't tuck it in. Got a bit hot to wear at times in warmer weather. Wore it out after a couple months since it was my only one for a while.
Other comments: T-Kingdom is plain, WIN.

Binder size: Medium
Binder model: 801
Advantages: Shorter a lighter than the above model. Binds almost as well as the velcro option, binder is good if you are keen to do physical activity.
Disadvantages: The zip was annoying to close at the front so you have to smush your bewbs down and hook the end of the zip together and then somehow hold it all in as you attempt to close it XD
Other comments: Tis good indeed.

Binder size: Medium
Binder model: 1300
Advantages: More or less, the same model as the 1700 except that it doesn't have the extra fabric down to your hips. Its basically sports-bra size. I chose a medium one instead of large due to the better compression and it fit me better as well. Very comfy, easy to put on.
Disadvantages: Just gets a bit hot on really warm days, but its much better than 1700 since your stomach isn't covered.
Other comments: My fav binder and I highly recommend it.

Well those are the three I have, I'll see about posting pics tomorrow. I can make myself look absolutely flat and muscular with these XD

Man based on that first picture I posted with the front view I wonder if a Medium would have been a better size to get... Chest doesn't look flat at all from the front.

Another advantage I just thought of is that I think I got my binder in time to have two weeks to return it or exchange if necessary...I still have til wednesday.
  •

icontact

Nate, if you do end up returning it for medium, post again and tell us how it turns out. I myself was wondering whether medium would be better despite their size chart.

Tchah dude I kept looking at that picture I posted and I got irritated...So I sent my exchange fee today, washed the binder, and it's going in the mail tomorrow back to Taiwan. I'll leave the old review and pictures up so that when I get the new one whoever wants to can see the difference. I already ordered a second one of the same model, in that smaller size so that I'll have two when it's all said and done... but the new one I ordered will get here faster than the exchange so I'll have one while I'm waiting for another.

I measured myself again today...and I find it's more accurate if you measure yourself in centimeters for the T-Kingdom binder because measuring myself in inches is what threw me off and put me in an "inbetween" category.. It was like I couldn't tell if I was a Medium or Large based on the inches sizing chart...but by centimeters I'm somewhere between 81 and 83 and that's DEFINITELY a medium according to their chart. I think I'm more irritated with myself than them for not noticing that sooner.

I've been starting to look through binders now. I've been looking for something cheap and for an A cup.
I'm considering this one here:

Yeah, I can't wait till we switch. Our system is ridiculous, seriously, nobody needs to spend time in school and time later on asking other people, "Oh yah, I forgot, how many inches in a foot?" ::)

Anyone ever gotten a binder with velcro? I'm beginning to think they might last longer than those without, although the soft side of the velcro might wear off, might not grip very well. And velcro's also quite tedious.

Basically anybody who's found a binder that lasts quite a while, PLEASE POST! ;D

I know the American system has annoyed me to no end ever since I came here.

Monty, go for it. That's the model I bought and I love it. Velcro sounds like too

much work, this one just slips on and off and is effective IMO.

UPDATE: here's photo's of me before and after binding (and wearing my new favourite shirt!) this is the 1300 and uses velcro.

Velcro is better IMHO, although I haven't yet tried a binder that is just pulled on like a top. I also usually wear a really light (no padding, wires etc) sports bra underneath for added comfort. It makes it easier to smush your boobs to either side after you put the binder on cause otherwise you sometimes pinch your skin.

Bra size:42DD

Binder size:XL

Binder model:Tri-top

Location bought:Underworks

Price:$30 plus shipping

Advantages:Compresses well

Disadvantages:Hard to get on.  (Wearing it over a rash guard helps enormously with that problem.) Pinches under arms.  Rolls up. Neck line tends to stick out.

Other comments: I don't think it's possible to get my chest completely flat, but this comes darned near close.  It's not perfect, but it works well and is good value for money.

BEFORE

Tri-top Over Rash Guard

Tri-Top Under T-shirt Front View

Tri-Top Under T-shirt Side View

Binder size:XL

Binder model:Compression muscle shirt

Location bought:Underworks

Price:$33 plus shipping

Advantages:Very comfortable.  Looks like a regular shirt.  Tucks in your tummy as well as your chest.

Disadvantages:Not enough compression for the monsters I'm supporting.

Other comments: I was really sad that this shirt didn't do much for me.  It compressed only a little better than my tightest sports bra.  Otherwise, I really liked it.  Alas, it will be going to Big Brothers as soon as I get around to sending it.

Muscle Shirt in Action

I've also used the good ol' back brace method, which actually works quite well, but is very hot and can be difficult to position in such a way that the ends don't stick out and show under a shirt.

I just ordered a T-Kingdom 1700, so I'll post a review as soon as I get it.

NEVA!!!!
However, I plan on moving out of the U.S. So I might as well learn it sometime...

I just ordered another Tri-Top today because the one I have has been worn constantly for the past 2 months, and I tend to sweat a lot during summer and work, so its gotten pretty grubby and well worn.  Gotta be flat for school, even though this is my senior year and I really shouldn't be giving a damn, but eh...

Edit:  There's a 10% coupon I always use, and all it really does is pay for the shipping but its helpful if you're on a tight budget.  Just type in Under10 where it says coupon or gift certificate.  It might take 2 times to enter it for the deduction to show, but its worked every time I've used it so far.
