Little t in GLBT or LGBT

That T at the end of GLBT is for transgender. The other three letters stand for sexual orientation, but the last letter - the letter T is little or silent in some groups.

The goal for many M2F as well as F2M transgender; transexuals is to become passable; then invisible. Ultimately, they disappear after their two-five year journey. Even if they have not take the final step of SRS (Sex Reassessment Surgery), they can have their sex on identification papers changed to match with how they are presenting and living.
