And my phone has walkie-talkie built in (and who the hell thought up that name?  Had we let that moron name the "gun" he would have called a 'rooty-tootie point and shootie') and I'm all in favor of keeping up with the people in my ski club (OK, its not a ski club, its a drinking club that has a skiing problem).

My girlfriend and I have been having way too much fun with that rooty-tooty point and shootie thing:

her: "You know what that truck really needs to be a manly truck? A rooty-tooty point and shootie rack"

me: "Watch yourself woman or you'll be lookin' at the wrong end of my rooty-tooty point and shootie."

You know, I think if it was renamed that, American guys wouldn't be quite as into gun culture.

I have a decent amount of scarring, but I've tattooed over it.  Now my chest piece is much more noticable than my scars.  As for sensation, I have two spots about the size of an Oreo cookie where I have no sensation.  My nippes have about 90% of the sensation they had previously, despite having nipple grafts.

Yeah, I actually do have some sensation in the nipples, not none. It's more than I did have, but it doesn't feel erotic or anything (dunno if guys are supposed to feel that - no experience with guys really).

I have blond chest hairs over the scars, and the pattern has been for me that I first get fine blond hair then it turns dark and coarse, so I have hopes that I'll get some chest hair to minimize it more.

What kind of tattoos did you get? That's been an option I've considered - can you show pics?

My chest is part of a full bodysuit, all traditional tribal (read: not fratboy tribal).  I'd rather not post pictures since it's fairly distinct to preserve my stealthiness.

Sweet! I want the nipple grafts, but I didn't think there'd be any sensation at all.

I don't so much want the chest hairs though so I'm hoping those scars will smooth over when I get to my op stage.

IME guys nipples have been more sensetive than girls.  i think it has something to do with the women breatfeeding babies thing.  cant have them being too sensetive or else it would hurt really bad to have a 10lb pile of goo sucking yout tits off!

Oh yeh never even thought of that Lol duh!

-sigh, sigh-

I've seen many surgical results. Guys loosing nipples, guy's tattooing nipples on, guys having funny-shaped nipples, guys having scabby nipples, guys having nipples in the wrong place...

I'm praying that keyhole will work out. I need to speak with an actual cosmetic surgeon before I make any decisions. I will ask him about the risks of it looking like a "deflated balloon" and all those horror stories. I really want to have real nipples that aren't little pictures on my chest. D: If they look a little big/weird, so what? Plenty of guys have different types of nipples. We're just used to seeing one kind on TV. I am lucky enough to have average sized nipples and they're in the perfect place. Thank God. The surgery SHOULD put them right where they belong.

There is no guarantee of sensation with nipple grafts, I just got lucky.  My surgeon is extremely pleased with how much sensation I have, so that tells me that most with nipple grafts do not have the same luck I did.  A friend who went to the same surgeon a few weeks before cannot feel 95% of his chest.  It's luck of the draw.

The surgeon I went to has had two nipples fall off in 30 years.  I don't think it happens very often.  There's things you can do to minimize the risk of this happening, such as keeping the surgical binder on as directed and not smoking.  Smoking messes with your circulation and you need as much blood flowing as possible to reattach body parts!

I really don't know if I could live with numb nipples. I had a weird little accident when I was 10 that left a quarter-sized patch on my leg numb and it drove me crazy until I got the sensation back. It's not lacking sexual sensation that bothers me because I'm not crazy about my nipples anyway, it's the feeling of being numb, it's just wrong.

I could live with numb nipples. I doubt I'll be having much of a sex life anyway.  :-\

Thanks. Although, I think that's the problem. I'm 'cute' and I so desperately don't want to be cute or treated like I'm cute. I want to be attractive or handsome or dapper. D:< Or SEXY for once!

Well you look dapper in that hat.

Haha Nero.  In the movie "House Bunny" she wakes up and to her cat, says "Good morning, Pooter.  You're looking dapper" and it makes me laugh really hard so I thought of that. Go see that movie, it's hilarious.
