This Just In: Feminism Is A Religion!

In a news release, Roy Den Hollander, who's best-known for suing Manhattan nightclubs because they offered free or discounted Ladies' Night drinks to women, contended that [Columbia] university could not use government money, such as federal financial aid, to fund its Institute for Research on Women and Gender.

I just simply love it!! Columbia a "bastion of bigotry against men . . . [that has] thrown its influence and prestige into violating the rights of men by offering a women's studies program, but no men's studies program."

Let me try to jog my memory of undergrad history and literature courses: ummm, I recall Pompadour's salon, Hildegard of Bingen's meditations, the lurid story of Abelard and Heloise, a brief mention of Eleanor of Acquitaine that basically said she was a bitch-goddess who rode naked on a horse in Palestine and drove Henry II of England to paroxysms of anger by her plotting, and Emily Dickenson, Anne Hathaway, Marianne Moore and Elizabeth Bishop as American poets. Except for Dickenson there wasn't much of any of them.

Mr. Ludicrous apparently doesn't have a problem with the still-existent problem that just reeks in so-called education: women are noticeable simply by our absences and life has been promulgated and enhanced mostly by men. What a dip!!

It'd be great if some judge has "balls" enough to not only dismiss the suit, but also fine this jerk heavily for wasting the court's time.

I almost argued against this idea, but then I remembered that feminism really is only a good cause.  :P They're not like Scientology.
