A transgendered Khmer Rouge victim will apply next week to become the
first ECCC civil party demanding justice for gender-based crimes.
"S.," a male to female transgendered person, will submit her
application to the court's Victims Unit Sept. 3, according to a press
statement from civil party attorney Silke Stuzinksy.
