Gift credit cards and PayPal?

So I don't know anybody with a paypal account or a credit card, so I think the only way for me to get a binder is to try the Visa gift card. However the website I want to buy off of, t-kingdom, only accepts PayPal accounts, and from googling, seems like it's pretty iffy whether or not PayPal will accept such a card. And I can't afford to pay for a card and then have it not work.

Anybody know personally whether a Visa gift card will work on PayPal?
Or where I could buy a T-Kingdom binder, not directly from their site?
Or if stores allow you to return Visa gift cards and get your money back?

I have a Pay Pal account but I rarely use to.  Have you e-mailed them about it or e-mail the company themselves.

But why dont you just direct deposit the money into their bank account?

Dude why dont you just go down to your local bank and get yourself an account so at least you dont have all this hassle everytime you want to buy something?

Your going to have to get one sooner or later might as well make it sooner!

Plus if your still a student somewhere, don't know if you are, a lot of Banks I've noticed offer free checking accounts for students.  you just have to have something to put in the bank.

I'm a minor so all the bank statements get sent to my parents.

And I've found someone with a bank account willing to help out. They just need to get their bank card mailed to them, which will hopefully happen soon.

Paypal links up directly to your bank account usually.  They're very trustworthy, if they weren't then most sites like Ebay and such wouldn't strongly advocate them.  And yeah, I definately use them, I've friggin put about $5000 through them in various purchases and they're awesome.
