Big buzz in the transgender community about Isis being on America's Top Model. Since I don't watch the show, I don't know whether this is actual tolerance and acceptance, or whether it's just another attempt to pump up the ratings by titillating viewers with some naughty bits. Knowing television, I would suspect the latter.
