What is the average price of the complete MTF-SRS?

In Thailand, I have seen prices ranging from 8.000 to 13.000 USD, and in the United States, I am seeing 17.000 to 23.000 USD. (and higher) I don't know the out-of-pocket cost (if any due to national insurance) of surgeons in the UK or rest of the world.
