Jillian Weiss, an attorney and law professor who writes an excellent blog on transgender workplace issues recently posted an excellent article on The Bilerico Project with her thoughts on last week's decision by the federal district court in Washington, D.C. in Diane Schroer's sex discrimination lawsuit against the Library of Congress.
