    Maybe I brought all this on myself. Deceiving him was a sin I have to pay for.

OK, I'm gonna rant a bit here. Not an irrational and emotional rant that just blows off steam. But a rant that finally admits what I think we all avoid admitting to ourselves. I'm going to rant at the attitude that I see in that quoted sentence.

It's an attitude and belief I think many people with transsexual histories, maybe all of us, have about ourselves. About how often and how relentlessly we try to instill the attitude deeply into ourselves and into other's like us. The attitude is that whole "deceptive" crap. Almost the entire world sees transsexuals as deceptive particularly MTFs.
