Well, trying to get her to read this would be challenging, since there are no computers at my school that are private (or probably allowed on this site [extreme parental block stuff]). But I guess I could try.

If she really does like me, she probably won't know/admit it to herself for a few more years. And I'll find out a lot later.

I guess I'll just try to talk to her then. Although, I do tend to get emotional during those kinds of talks, so I'll have a hard time keeping it down. Maybe I'll explain some stuff to her, to make sure she gets it.

She did something similar again today. I'm getting really annoyed with it. I think I'll mull it over this weekend and try and figure out what to say.

On another note, one of my other friends almost found out today. I don't think I'd trust her with that info, cause she wouldn't be able to keep it to herself.

If anything, probably showing your true emotions toward the situation, as long as it isn't violent rage, would probably benefit you. She would be able to see how much it really bothers you that way.
Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own
Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours
Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold
What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar

No, I normally start crying. That wouldn't help me very much.  :(

So do I, but if she sees you crying she might understand how much pain it causes.

Unconditional Acceptance

That's so messed up! I find it exceedingly hard to believe that she couldn't see a little of how much frustration this is causing you. I've had my fair share of people ragging on me for who I choose to be and then mocking me for daring to show emotion in response or, heaven forbid, standing up for myself.

I agree with Jaimey, having her read this thread might be a good idea if the problems continue. I really think she just needs this spelled out by the letter before she gets it.

Also, a rather more drastic measure, should it get REALLY bad, is to look for friends that would be a good deal more understanding, and willing to accept you without humiliating you in the process. This may not be the best course of action; I doubt you need any more drama in your life.

With whatever course you choose to take, good luck to you!

Thanks, Shannon. I agree with you; I don't need any more drama in my life. And Monty, I'm not really sure if it would help, because she'd probably tease me about that too, since she really has problems being serious about things. She approaches everything in a joking sense, and that might be why she's not getting that I really am upset and wish she would stop doing it.
