HRT question / Advice request

I have been on HRT for approx. 2.5 months now (estradiol & spiro only; both taken orally) and I have been having bad dizzy spell's when getting up to stand. Anyone offer reason as to why?

Too little water?

I'm not qualified, but it sounds like a low blood preasure thing.
Spiro is a diuretic and it will lower your blood preasure which can make you dizzy, especially if standing too fast.

I would get in touch with your doctor for a check up, especially if this persists.
