National Coming Out Week begins today. For those of you who don't know what this week is all about, it is intended to be an opportunity to celebrate sexual orientations of all types: gay, straight, lesbian, bi, or transgender. Some of you may not have given much thought to how important this week can be for some people. True, it may seem like just another ordinary week at Boston College, but the truth is that it's a week that includes everyone. It's basically all about acceptance, no matter what orientation you are.
