The Open Doors Fellowship will be presenting a Lakes Region-wide showing of Daniel Karslake's film, "For The Bible Tells Me So," on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the First United Methodist Church in Gilford, and Episcopal Bishop V. Gene Robinson will be on hand to introduce the film and hold a question-and-answer session afterward.

The award-winning documentary has been in numerous film festivals throughout the United States and depicts the true-life stories of several families whose lives have been deeply impacted by their gay/lesbian children coming out of the closet. Several families involved include the parents of Bishop Robinson and former U.S. Representative and Mrs. Richard Gebhardt.
