Fennel,(Shamar):

Aromatic herb,digestive herb,relieves heart burn,upset touthache,gas,and when you gargle with it ,it will relieve a sore throut.
It is a herb with yellow flowers and feathery leaves,maybe found growing worldwide especialy on dry soils near the sea coasts and on river banks.
The fruit (seed)is green when it is fresh,comes to gray or yellow gray when it is dry.

Fennel! its also makes a good tea and from it grows licorice!
i think its a source of phytoestrogen too, along with soy, but not broccoli
