So who is a "queer"?

It's a word that is used a lot, in many different contexts, but it has never had much of a concrete definition and is often used to encompass a spectrum of sexuality and gender. As per the constitution of Guelph Queer Equality (GQE), the term "queer" includes anyone who identifies as gay, lesbian, transgender, transsexual, bisexual, trans, two-spirited, intersex, questioning, gender queer, non-gendered, gender-neutral, asexual and pansexual people.
