I'm not really feeling much myself, but the physical changes after only three weeks or so are pretty noticeable (at least to me). My lips are darker and a bit plumper, the facial skin more taut & less blotchy, and the acne mostly gone. The crease under my eyes has diminished a lot. There's a tiny bit of tenderness in my left breast, and both of them seem to be a bit more rounded and firm. I always had a bit of gynecomastia, so it's like what I had before has just firmed up a bit.
Oh, and regarding the face and lips, the skin has gotten very dry - cold, dry weather or a constant wind makes me crack and peel like crazy the next day. Today I split my lip open by yawning too widely when I woke up - blood was running down my chin. The super-taut dry skin actually pulls my lips out and makes them look
really feminine (aside from the bleeding cracks and peeling skin). I've been staring at the mirror in a mixture of horror and wonder, thinking, "Oh God, how do I explain this to people? I'm not supposed to be at that stage of transition yet!" I can sort of hide it by compressing my lips and clenching my jaw, and I hate having to do that. I know it's just a temporary side effect of the change in weather on my new girl skin, but it might cause questions.
Libido... it diminished at first, but it was almost back to normal after a few more days. I just skipped a day of HRT as an experiment, and my sex drive completely flatlined... it looks like it's running on estrogen only

. Of course, it also worsened an already bad bout of depression that was probably caused by tinkering with my dosage schedule. I was asleep for most of the last 24 hours.
