He's an eccentric older guy of about 75, a workaholic, pulling 12-14 hour days 6 days a week, I kid you not. His phone rings off the hook at 6am.
Anyway I came out at work about 3 weeks ago to my manager, who took my packet to the manager's meeting and The Boss (the above mentioned older guy who owns the place).
This boss originally congratulated me and told me there would be no problems at all with me transitioning at work and shook my hand. I'm still not out at work; managment is planning some sort of formal announcement. So all of my coworkers call me FemaleName and She. Bleh.
But this morning I was getting ready to leave work as he was arriving. I held the door open for him. And he said: Thank you, Sir!
He may be eccentric, but he rocks!!
