I guess that because it was the first thing I ever put on that made me feel whole and fem, I would have to say a silky shiny pair of pantyhose. Add a pair of tall open toe ankle strap heels and I'm feeling sexy, submissive and fem.

That'd be my vote, too.  I like them, and they are something you can wear hidden to make you feel girly on the inside even if you have to keep up the manly on the outside.  :)  And I think they're one of the few garments that are really almost completely feminine, in that men have pretty much nothing analagous to them.  With perhaps the exception of bras, but those are fairly pointless if you've got nothing to put in them.  ;)

This gets my vote too, for much the same reason.  Since I believe I will never pass, I have to settle for those hidden delights.  I wear pantyhose almost every day, and my wife buys them for me when I need new ones.  Since coming to this forum I have learned the art of tucking, and I really enjoy going through my day tucked and in pantyhose.  Ahh, the simple things in life...

hm for me my first pair of girl jeans that i just bought this week And my three pairs of hose, and two pairs of knee high & thigh high socks that i've bought. oh and panties, but i do want to get a dress as well

Being treated as a woman by others.  But makeup and fem hair helps too!  and yes...earrings, pretty dangly ones.

I'm not sure because I generally feel fem. most of time. I suppose all my girrrrlie stuff play a role in it to some degree. I just can't decide  ???

Pantyhose make me feel the most feminine especially over freshly shaved legs with a slinky dress or skirt!

Another thing for me is putting on nail polish and wearing high heel shoes and cause my bra :-)

My first thought was earrings and lingerie but playing with my 2 year old grand daughter makes me feel just right.

panty hose and sexy heels. I agree with nice nails also. I love painting my nails. They're natural so it's fun. I love tall sexy heels. however, I'm already 6 foot tall. With heels I attract of attention. I sort of like that too. Genevieve

Shoes,shoes and more shoes. I have a thing for shoes. It is so bad I have to avoid shoe stores that may have my size because the urge to buy is overwhelming. Twenty two pairs at last count. And I only own three pair of men's shoes. Is this shoe thing highly unusual or do many of us have the Emilda Marcos syndrome. Hugs, Genevieve

Thigh high socks.  Pantyhose doesn't really do it for me... it's alright, but I prefer the socks :)

I have been afflicted with this too.  I spend hours gazing at shoes online and I'm constantly checking my sites for new styles... have to be careful though because my budget is tight :(
