I was in the bedroom trying to find something to wear for tomorrow, "Canada Day" Yahooooooooo.  I put on a pair of light beige capri pants and a nice light brown tee shirt.  Gillian walks in, looks at the capri's, and says "was I with you when you brought those" ::)

(Gillian is my wonderful wife of 33 years)  I have to say that as she's standing over my shoulder  :D

I am just glad to see that y'all have loving wives that make sure you don't leave the house looking like a fasion don't.  You could have a wife that doesn't tell that your butt looks big in those jeans.  LOL

LOL, my ex said one day, "I've always hated that shirt. It just doesn't hang right", when I was getting dressed for work. I said, "wow, that's harsh." Turns out she thought it was her shirt I was wearing.

LOL, I get all of those sayings too. From wife of 36 years. Yes, I'm very lucky to have her. There is one other sayings, I should say two other. You are too old for that or your not that old yet. It makes you feel so silly. She says it whenever I go out shopping by myself, plus all the other sayings. I wish I could have gone to Girl High School and taken that class. Maybe I can still enroll, at the Community College maybe?

Yeh, that's what we need a college course. for MtF it would be under womens studies. Transition 101.  ;D

Course covers:
Hair, age appropriate dress, makeup, and snappy comebacks for lame pick up lines. (LOL)

Step 1: I admit that I am powerless over styles and colours.

Step 2: I have come to believe that a fashion sense more powerful than mine will restore me to social acceptance.

Step 3: Made a decision to give up on ever understanding what goes with what and why.

Step 4: Made a searching and fearless inventory of my closet and my underwear drawer.

Step 5: Admitted to myself and my wardrobe consultant that I am hopeless at picking my own ties.

Step 6: Was entirely ready to allow a wardrobe consultant free reign in fixing my appalling lack of taste.

Step 7: Humbly asked a wardrobe consultant to give me a clue.

Step 8: Made a list of what ties go with what shirts and made sure not to wear the wrong ones.

Step 9:  Made direct admissions of having worn uncomplimentary shades of green, even if it would make people think less of me.

Step 10: Continued to ask other people for a clue about clothing.

Step 11: Sought through regular purchases to maintain contact with a wardrobe consultant.

Step 12: Tried to have fun with it, even in the face of relentless teasing.

Yeah, so it's only 12 steps :P

Actually Step 13 should be:

Apologise to all my family, friends and associates whom I have offended with my lack of fashion sense.

My wife won't allow me to shop for clothes without proper supervision.  Something about fashion dyslexia  ;D
