addictions

and i aint talking drugs.

But i seem to get addicted to trivial things very easily and it somehow becomes an obsessive behavior.

Right now i am finding myself highly addicted to the TV series NCIS. I dont know what i'll do when i've watched all the boxsets and come to the end. Probably breakdown and cry a li'l 

Anyone else out there get addicted to such trivial things?

I'm addicted to Salt.. I have it on basically anything and everything I can!

I get really easily addicted to tv shows like House and Lost at the moment!

There is a lot of psychology that is designed to get you addicted. Business use it all the time, tobacco, sex, food, entertainment, etc. They need repeat customers, McDonald's calls them heavy users.

Not sure if it´s an addiction but i _really_ need the daily newspaper in the morning. It was a public holyday this past saturday ( =no newspaper) so i was kind of grumpy that morning.
