More of a sense among us that what we hold and live through in common dwarfs, hugely, the differences we have in doing that living.
That we also have a commonality with the other creatures: minerals, vegetables and animals, in our world and that to maintain our lives relies on maintaining their's as well.
Barack Obama wins this presidential vote by a huge margin, leaving no room for doubt that the politics of hatred, atavistic fear of everyone not like me, and the constant American strain of a desire for a "religious" government based on the harshest and most narrow-minded view of religion is repudiated forever in this land.
