If you guys are actually passing, it's as super young dudes.  What happens in ten years when you're not 19 anymore?

My thoughts exactly.  As tempting as having a nearly perfect set of equipment down there is... I know full well what the women in my family start to look like as they age.  They start looking even more like women: very pear-shaped with big hips.  Boobs also get bigger; my mom was in her mid-thirties before her boobs finally filled out (though pregnancy prolly helped with that).  So while I may pass OK-ish right now...  I won't in the future.  T for me.

BTW, has anyone ever noticed how the facial features of men vs. women seem to age differently?  Mens' noses seem to get bigger and their skin gets coarser, while womens' faces get softer, sag at the jowls, and generally form more wrinkles than men?  I dunno, maybe it's the skin... the skin on women seems to get very, very thin as they age (using the 80-90 year olds I know as reference); this doesn't seem to happen so much to old men.

Does T do that much to change the way we age? T can't interfere with genetics. . .If your mother or father age that way chances are that is going to happen to you to. It is the unfortunate short comings of the F2M transition process. Maybe i am wrong, but I would assume how well you take care of your skin and body makes a huge difference.

yeah T makes a difference. I looked like a middle aged woman before. Now I look like a young guy. With estrogen, there's nothing you can do about aging like a woman. T will make you age like a man. My friends who are my age, who've been on T longer than I have look like older guys.

Nope. I really don't need a penis, and I love what T does for me. Who says all guys have to have penises? There are some XY men who don't have penises for any of various causes... I'm an XX guy who looks like any other guy unless I take off my pants. Not that big a deal.

Yeah, T definitely can't interfere with genetics; I can accept that, wrinkles & all.  What I'm hoping is that T will make me age like my father/grandfather instead of my mother/grandmother--that is, I'd rather look like an old man rather than an old woman (and what Dennis said makes me hopeful that this is what will happen).

As the OP stated.....No, I would not take the deal as much as it would be tempting.  There are too many other things that are as important to me and I am lucky enough to have a woman who has been with me for a long time and stuck with me through it all and is willing to have a child for me where I pick out the donar so the child has as close to the same genetics as myself and my family have.

While we would like to have done things the natural way, we have learned to adapt and as self conscious as I am about my body, I would have some serious issues if more things did not match my mental state then did.
