HRT will make them stop eventually, at least the unintentionally provoked ones.

As for the distress of them happening over thinking about women's clothing? That's natural. Even cisgendered girls are aroused by their clothing.

Women's clothing are, for the most part, designed to look sexy and make you feel attractive even if they are cut conservatively and not promiscuous at all.

No. The more you are around them and in them the less it is exciting and erotic though, so it will wear off and you won't really get them, so maybe that?

Being vegetarian or vegan also helps.

HI Simone! I`m a vegan , I did not know that. Is it because of all the junk they put into the meat and milk?
  •

vanna

Some of the above will help but its antidotal at best. Unless you stem your own desires and attractions or use medical intervention its not going to suddenly stop because you have given up meat for instance or dairy.

I know armies used to use something put in the drinks to lower libido but i cant remember what it is right now.

Edit

A friend just told me it was called Bromide not sure if thats spelt right.

As I understand it, the lower levels of protein and stuff tend to make us mellower and less ... slaved to our passions. I don't know where I read it, but yeah.

I originally found the idea in Vedic/Yoga dietary teachings though, when I had just started getting into vegetarianism. You have three types of food - Sattvic, Tamasic and Rajasic. Yogi are supposed to only eat Sattvic foods, which include fresh fruits and veggies, seeds, nuts etc, while avoiding or minimising their intake of Tamasic foods ("slow or dead" foods like mushrooms, meat etc.) and Rajassic foods ("active or passionate" foods like garlic, chillies, onions, eggs, along with all processed foods etc.)

They believe that Rajasic foods excite the body and mind and inflame the passions, making them difficult to control, while Tamasic foods dull the mind, poison the body and sap energy. Gluttony also causes Tamas in your body, while eating too quickly or too many combinations of food make you more Rajasic.

But yeah, Vanna is right: Following dietary principles or using some or another substance to curb libido only helps a bit. The root of overcoming reactions in your body is to confront them honestly and openly, and then accept them about yourself. You have to bring the subconscious into your consciousness.

well anisha  if you dont want to go on hrt,s or anything like that . there might be  a couple of choices to maybe look at one. is a orici if iam spelling that

right . and the 2nd would be a vesectamy . which in both cases you would not have the problem your haveing . but yet you could still have every

need if you was to go with the vesectamy but in the case of the orci  iam not sure if you can still get to the point or not . but if you dont want to do this

the best and easest way . is what tekla said to use

Not to be contradictory but having a vasectomy won't stop or even slow the erections. I had one myself over 10 years ago and it was not until I started HRT that the spontaneous erections stopped.

An orchiectomy  on the other hand would certainly bring them to a halt.

What does "leaking testosterone" mean? That has me puzzled. And that's a serious question, not a joke or anything like it. I've never ever heard that before.

An orch will not necessarily stop erections, makes them harder to maintain etc, but often the little bugger has become so used to having them it simply does.

I don't think Anisha's native language is English, I think she's from India. I wonder if she meant to say sperm instead?

Bad on me for not checking that. Ummm, wet dreams? OK, now I get it. Sorry, Anisha, should have recognized you aren't western European. :)
