We've all seen the headlines - pregnant man gives birth!  Pregnant man expecting again!
Wait - huh?  When did that happen?  How did it happen?  Has there been some kind of medical breakthrough occuring that I wasn't aware of?  Have I been asleep at the wheel?

Here's the thing.  We all know a man can't get pregnant.  That's an obvious medical certainty, regardless of how a story is spun.  So how come the headlines read, over and over, pregnant man gives birth!  Pregnant man expecting again!?
