Alright, so this is for you guys that don't have the money to buy a binder. This is the pattern I've used to make my homemade binder. I used an old pair of jeans as the material [double layered], and any standard shoelaces will do for lacing up the sides. The red lines are the measurements you'll need to have in order to cut the pieces of cloth properly. The elastic only needs to be about half a cm long, not including the little extra to sew into the seams, but has to stretch out so the straps lengthen in order to get it over your head.

For myself, these are the measurements I used. I wear a 32B/C (in between, or either/or depending on bra) but am a fairly skinny kid, I just happen to be well endowed. ::) The binder reaches about an inch below where a bra band would be. Remember, the measurements do NOT include extra inches for tucking in to sew seams. These are measurements for how the final product will look.

Best of luck.

;D

Pictures will be added when I find time to take them.
