Do anything you can to stop yourself falling into those habits again, it's just not worth it.

I've struggled with eating disorders since I was 11 and I would give anything to be able to eat like a normal person.

35lbs isn't all that much to lose, it won't take long with proper diet and exercise and you'll feel so much better if you take that route.

35 pounds isn't that bad...I'm trying to lose about 20 pounds and I always trail off the diet. Try to find a diet and some exercises to lose the weight. I'm sry about the gaining thing

35 lbs isnt much to lose if you do the proper excerises and eat the right food you could loose that in just a few months...
i have tried slim fast and they work, but they are nasty.
