he he...teh cockroaches

I agree though:
    1. Cockroacheaphobia
    2. love of yaoi, i know some genetic dudes like it but still
    3. love of outrageuos crazy clothing that are random, like 6" platform boots and a leopard shirt with a plaid skirt on stripped pants with lots of fake fur and scarfs. Man, I used to love dressin like that.

I think I have that exact set. There's something zen-like about knitting.

As for what I'll never give up...
The way I talk. There's something about the way I talk that sounds very girly to me and I don't know how to change it, or if I'm committed enough to do so.
My obsession with fashion. I love designing and making clothes. (this is where knitting comes in, as well as sewing)
My inner fan-girl. I have a tendency to obsess on random shows, music.

Really.

I have this urge to re-upholster my RV, and that will involve sewing.  Do I detect a new sewing machine in my future??

Gender traits are kind of a bunk concept anyway, but that's why the word "typical" was used. One of my best friends, we'll call him Jimmy, knits better than I do.

1. Empathy with women for those pesky cramps. I've got to be the only boyfriend around who can sympathize on the level that I do. :)
2. Wanting to have kids. I love babies, always will. Hope I'll be able to do it after all this time (2+ years) on T.
3. Attraction to lesbians. This one is not all bad... ;D

1. Well, I'm more communicative than I am competitive. I'd like to keep this characteristic, but there might be a bit more equalization after I'm on T. I used to be pretty competitive when I was younger, but only with regard to things that really mattered to me. I haven't been so competitive in the last decade because I've pretty much dropped out of the human race...

2. I tend to gesture with my hands quite a bit, especially when I'm lecturing a class. But, lol, I picked up this habit from my very straight male partner. I didn't do it before I met him. People tell me that it's a fem habit, but I don't really see it that way. Anyway, lots of men in other cultures gesture a lot. And the U.S. is the great melting pot, right?
