Does removing the testes have bad side effects? Will this help me become a woman? ???

Removal of the testes (Orchiectomy) will only remove the largest source of testosterone in the body. (if taking an anti-androgen is not possible due to side effects) If the hormones aren't replaced (with oestrogen of course) within a couple of months, osteoporosis will occur. Orchi won't reverse any "damage" as the result of puberty. (you will have to wait for HRT to do its magic for the body to change)

Hope this was useful
