The East Bay LGBTQ Vipassana meditation group in Oakland will sit together on Wednesday Dec 17. Teaching by Larry Yang, Shahara Godfrey and Phyllis Oscar, as well as peer-led sits and discussion. Please join us! Both new and experienced meditators are welcome. East Bay Meditation Center in Oakland at 22nd and Broadway, just a couple blocks from 19th St. BART.
