Just asking but is there any other Animists here, i would like to know a few prayer and the like

I am a shaman...
rituals are kind of a subsitute I think, meditation is a great thing, walking meditations are my favourite, walking through nature... that sort of thing.

everything is alive! the stones speak, the trees and flowers sing!
