As I said in a recent Twitter tweet, it is much easier to "Call in Gay" if you have paid vacation days to use, or even sick days. As a solopreneur, if I don't work, I don't get paid, and then how can I use my big gay dollar$ to help influence large corporations to offer same-sex and other benefits? /snark

That said, I did run a meeting of my very-gay-supportive business networking group, and I met with a client who has key employees from the community. Now, I'm working from home, and I just de-followed a person from Twitterville who made a rather right-wing (read: intolerant) tweet.
