Focus on the Family moans about the NJ Commission report on civil unions

Let's this put it this way -- James Dobson, who just laid off 100+ people at Focus on Your Family after pouring money into Prop 8,  and his CitizenLink tools Jennifer Mesko and Bruce Hausknecht are not happy at the developments in NJ.

    In its final report, the Civil Union Review Commission has concluded the civil union law is insufficient and is calling on the Legislature to legalize same-sex "marriage."

    Bruce Hausknecht, judicial analyst for Focus on the Family Action, said the commission's report was a foregone conclusion.

    "When the civil-union law was drafted, the commission provision was included at the last minute at the request of gay-activist organizations," he said. "The commission and its report are nothing other than window dressing for a strategy that was decided upon long ago."
