Just curious, what is your personal objection to bone work?

Melan-  Please understand, this is a personal view that I do not judge if others want it, but for me bone work is just too invasive a procedure.  It is usually performed on the brow or forehead, and my observations on myself and on others is that bangs, or hair style can do as much to make the forehead look feminine as the bone grinding and shaving would do.  For me I did have FFS, but only soft tissue work.

my 2 cents

Brow bossing (the ridge is pretty noticeable but the eyebrows are good, hairline is ok imho)
Rhinoplasty (phat bulge)
Chin recontouring (height is ok, just a bit pointy, smoothing out the back of the jaw is 50/50)
and finally, a tracheal shave

You just look like a pacific islander girl to me (I live in the pacific) e.g. Samoan. They have rather strong features. I think you look good. If you could lose the adams apple that would be my only suggestion. The rest is just personal preference, what would you like to change?

Instead of attaching pictures to this post which I do not know how to do yet I am posting link to the page with images. As you can see even after virtual surgery, your face does not change a lot which is a good think, even after the ultimate redu involving pretty extensive surgery you do not change a lot. trachea shave 🙂 the rest are not necessary to be passable...
brow bossing would be nice but u dont rly need it much.
the nose is definitely not necessary, because ethnic woman have varying nose size, width and such.

you look like a woman with harder features. Not all women have delicate features. You pretty nice with your hair pulled back without the adam's apple and some hair in your face you'd look pretty naturally feminine. Your cheek structure helps and balances out your masculine features. You're a very pretty woman.

adams apple was no big deal..it has nothing effect sexual attraction..i will laid any preety girl eventhough she got adams apple...however i will never laid any ugly girl, so focus on ur face
