Nuns on the Run - "God is like a shamrock.  Er... small, green and split 3 ways."
Clue - The Movie - "Men should be like Kleenex.  Soft, strong, and disposable."
Fun With Dick and Jane (The original version, with Jane Fonda and George Segal (sp?)) - Indicating the gun Dick just stuffed down his pants: "You realize, if that thing goes off you'll be doing this robbery half-cocked."

Spinal Tap for sure, but its almost a documentary to me, but the Cheese trailer cracks me up every time.

Animal House
Airplane
Some Kind of Monster (the doc on Metallica, which is even funnier than Spinal Tap, because they actually believe it, every time Dave Mustane starts to whine on camera I lose it)
The Party - with Peter Sellers, obscure, but a laugh riot

But the best all time comedy stuff, make you laugh anytime, and every time
the Marx Brothers, Night at the Opera, Day at the Races, and Duck Soup, awesome.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.

Haha I love that film :D.

Beaches makes me laugh...then it also makes :icon_cry2:
Any film that has Whoopi Goldberg in (Jumpin Jack Flash was a good film and her role in Ghost).
