Hi  am 46 I just started these hormones  Progynon Depot, Depo Provera and Spironolactone  I have very small areolas about the diameter of a nickel, how much larger will my areolas be after several months on the hormones.

There's no way to tell.
It varies as greatly for TS women as it does for natal women.

Basically, at the end of 6 years, you'll probably have reached your maximum size.
