I'm Nicholas... Actually ran into this forum after googling 'feeling perpetually guilt about transgender issues'. Hah. In any case, seemed like a friendly place, an active place, and... yes. Here I am.

I'm eager to peruse and offer my two, three or four cents. And maybe gather your collective spare.. mental change as well.
