New Delhi - Three persons were detained in Welcome area of Northeast district for allegedly kidnapping two children and selling them to eunuchs.

The incident came to light when on getting a tip-off from one of the victim's parents, three persons - Kaka alias Salim, Wasim and Kapil were detained by the police.
