Art show celebrates memories of homeowner's lost love

But Gina's and Jayne's bond was one of the main reasons for the show.

"The memories we made here. Art was how Jayne and I started to connect. I was a photography student, and the two of us would hang around at the MFA on Sunday afternoons — that was one of our favorite things to do. We loved artists. We loved artwork."

Along with Jayne's works, there were several other artists including Jane Lavender, who often creates works with transsexual and transgender subjects. Two works of Lavender's were of Gina, who is a transsexual.
